4 Pounds of rendered lard form Firebrand Meats Low-PUFA pork!  In our last test round, FBM lard had only 6% Linoleic acid omega-6 PUFA compared to 15.6% in some lard I rendered from Smithfield bacon.  That’s a 62% reduction!

The lard comes in 4 pound buckets.  It will keep at room temperature for a month or two, but for longer term storage, best to keep it in a fridge or freezer and remove some as you need it.
