The uncured ham hock has been preserved using natural curing agents with no added nitrates or nitrites. Instead, it's cured with a blend of wholesome ingredients: Pork, water, sea salt, organic cane juice, celery juice powder, organic brown sugar, organic cinnamon, organic clove, lactic acid starter culture, and cherry juice powder.
